It’s been a while since I have posted to this blog. I’ve been busy building this amazing thing called Sonix, a service for folks to transcribe their audio and video files. After a few months of hard work, we have a product and a company that we are all insanely proud of.
Today was customer service day
We get a decent number of customer service tickets and requests, but there are times when a customer will say something that makes me smile ear-to-ear. Today is one of those days.
One of the questions that we regularly ask customers is simple:
“On a scale of 1 to 10, how likely are you to recommend Sonix to a friend?”
And, for anyone who is familiar with Net Promoter Score (NPS), this is a very common question to ask your users to see how your product is resonating with them.
Earlier today, a user from California wrote back with this:

How freaking sweet is that?!!?! One user comment just made my day and it was at 11am.
Thanks to all of our current Sonix users; you inspire us to work even harder to build not just a better product, but a better community. It’s incredible.
